Xin Shui is a reflective practice built on the Five Elements and the Four Pillars, two frameworks from the classical Chinese tradition. We use them as a structured way to describe your natural tendencies, so you have clearer language for how you work, rest and relate to others.
You share your date and time of birth before we meet. Your practitioner prepares a written profile, then walks you through it in a private conversation. You leave with the written profile and a short set of practices to try. Several formats are available, and we will help you choose one when you enquire.
People at a point of transition or reassessment who want a clearer, more structured way to think about themselves. No prior knowledge of the tradition is needed.
Most people begin with one. Your profile does not change, so a single session gives you the full framework. Some choose to return later to work through a particular area in more depth.
No. Xin Shui is a reflective practice and nothing more. It is not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and it is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. If you are unwell, please speak to a doctor.
